IOLEBA Law Guild: Sovereignty Program
Artificial intelligence is rapidly entering legal practice. Across the United States, state bars, ethics opinions, and professional organizations are addressing AI, confidentiality, governance, and implementation responsibilities. The IOLEBA Law Guild was created for attorneys, law firm managers, and legal professionals preparing their firms for the emerging AI era.
This is not general AI training. It is a professional Guild pathway focused on legal AI readiness, data sovereignty, AI governance, and practical implementation within law firms. The program combines structured learning, implementation support, and continuing updates as legal AI technologies evolve. This program was designed in alignment with the principles outlined in ABA Formal Opinion 512 concerning attorney competence, confidentiality, supervision, and responsible use of AI technologies. As AI software and hardware continue to evolve rapidly, the program emphasizes AI governance, data sovereignty, and implementation practices intended to support secure and responsible adoption within legal environments.

The IOLEBA School & Community AI-WISE Program was created to help schools, districts, workforce organizations, and community partners prepare students for the emerging AI economy.
This is not a self-study membership. It is an instructor-directed educational ecosystem designed for schools, districts, community organizations, and workforce programs. Delivered through the Google educational environment, the program combines structured learning, instructor guides, hands-on labs, AI tools, and practical implementation activities.
The program includes:

The Industrial Revolution workforce model is changing. Corporate structures are shrinking, AI automation is accelerating, and millions of professionals are entering a new period of career transition. The IOLEBA Entrepreneur Guild was created for the displaced worker, the technical professional, the entrepreneur, the consultant, and the modern “retooler” ready to move beyond traditional employment dependency and into the AI economy.
This is not a traditional training program. It is a Guild & Laboratory ecosystem designed to help members transition toward entrepreneurship, AI-enabled commerce, and future income creation.
Members begin with the Entrepreneur Guild Foundations, featuring 14 core AI modules introducing artificial intelligence, AI tools, localized environments, future workforce concepts, entrepreneurship, and virtual business creation.
The Guild then expands into advanced pathways including:

IOLEBA General Membership
Status: Migrating (Full Launch July 1)
IOLEBA General Membership is not a traditional course package. It is a modern Guild & Assembly ecosystem created to help members transition into the emerging world of AI, digital entrepreneurship, and virtual-driven commerce. This program is a self-study program. The new IOLEBA Assembly will be launched in the Fall of 2026. The assembly will enable members to interact and support each other in both learning and expanding their online enterprise vision.
Members begin with the General Guild Foundations, featuring 11 core entrepreneurship modules introducing artificial intelligence, online business development, digital income creation, AI tools, and future workforce concepts.
Members then expand into specialty pathways aligned with their interests and business goals, including:

The IOLEBA Guild & Assembly: Navigation for the AI Era
From the Industrial Revolution to the AI Frontier
For 40 years, I have advised small businesses through economic shifts, technical revolutions, and a global pandemic. In November 2024, Bill Gates warned of a technical and economic “tsunami” facing the human race. My subsequent research led to the April 2025 launch of IOLEBA, originally intended to advise businesses on these changes.
However, the speed of evolution surpassed all expectations. Within just seven months, the landscape shifted dramatically, and by our one-year anniversary in April 2026, the transition to advanced AI models like Gemma marked a permanent pivot in human history.
The Global Retooling Challenge At the January Davos summit, the IMF verified the scale of this crisis: over 1 billion people must be retooled to survive the AI transition. This excludes the incoming generations who face careers that haven’t even been invented yet.
The Industrial Revolution, which provided stability for 150 years, ends in 2026. We are returning to our roots. For thousands of years, artisans built communities and commerce through Guilds. The IOLEBA Guild provides the “Apprentice Tools” of today—virtual modules that transform into a Virtual Assembly where professionals can build global commerce.
